Description

Initial project of the winery. Monastrell from 25 to 50 year old ungrafted vineyards at 900 mtrs in superficial limestone soil and clay base that offers a lot of freshness to the wine. 50% stalk in cement tanks and 12 months of aging in oak casks. A fresh, easy and addictive wine. What would be the village wine of the winery.

At Bodegas Cerrón they know what they want and work to achieve it. They belong to the DO Jumilla, and they seek with great determination old, pre-phylloxera vineyards, in height and fresh orientations, to make wines, mainly of the Monastrell variety, with Mediterranean character and complexity. Very interesting wines that will give surprises and good times.
