Coming from the La Hormiga vineyard, 1.58 hectares at an altitude of 800 meters, and which was planted in 1922 with Tinto Fino with medium-high density (3500 strains / Ha.) Sandy soils with clay subsoil that regulates the humidity between seasons . Manual harvest, the maceration and fermentation of the wine were especially slow and the wine needed 18 months of aging to express its potential.
