The soil is slate from the Carboniferous period, poor and with low water retention, this makes the grape acquire a special mineral uniqueness. It is aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. In the mouth it is fresh and fluid, a long and light drink that leads us directly to dream of summer, with fleshy cherries, meadows and eternal days of sun accompanied by this very fresh Garnacha.
