A safe value that is elaborated mainly with Tinto Fino, in addition to small proportions of Cabernet and Merlot from soils of calcareous component. Manual harvest in small boxes, vinification with native yeasts and work for gravity in the cellar. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels of extra-fine grain, bottled without clarifying and filtering.
