RP 91-93 Palmer's Alter Ego 2021 is a somewhat unusual blend, as this year it is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, as the estate's Merlot suffered from the April frost. Showcasing aromas of cherries, sweet berries and plums mixed with hints of spice and pencil shavings, it is medium to full bodied, broad and polished, with a lovely, even profile based on beautifully refined structuring tannins.
