It fits into that description of a pleasure wine that we like so much: long drink, with the presence of fresh red fruit and soft tannin. Each grape variety is harvested and vinified separately, destemmed and crushed upon entering the winery. The extraction is carried out during fermentation in cement vats by pumping over. Round, simple, direct wine.
