Sine Qua Non Testa dei Cherubini 2014 is a red wine produced by Manfred Krankl at the Eleven Confessions estate in Santa Rita HIlls, California, United States of America.
In addition to the pedigree of the vineyard, the wine was aged for 38 months in 25% new French oak, with the rest in neutral barrels (different sizes). Layers of black raspberry, cassis, white chocolate, white flowers, and Asian spices flow into a powerful, supple, full-bodied Grenache that has silky, silky tannins, a perfect texture, no harsh edges, and a finish that won't give up. . It is already accessible, but in my experience, this prolonged elevation results in a very stable wine, and I suspect that this beauty will have another two decades of longevity. RP98. JD99. AG98
