Este Millandes representa perfectamente el estilo de lo que debe ser un buen Morey. Equilibrio, balance y buena precisión, con suficiente grip para aguantar diez años en botella y empezar a brillar a partir del tercero. En este pequeño Domaine familiar de la Cote de Nuits la filosofía es la de la de un artesano para sacar lo mejor del magnífico patrimonio de viñas (que incluye varios Grand Cru como Clos de la Roche, Bonnes Mares, Charmes Chambertin o Clos St. Denis). En el viñedo, siguen los preceptos orgánicos de la biodinámica dejando de lado los aspectos esotéricos.
