This Graciano de los Aguilares is a red wine made from 100% Graciano grapes that, without excessive extractions or prolonged macerations, aging in French oak barrels helps soften the intense tannins. Graciano is presented as a spicy and mineral wine, with an imposing structure, which perfectly reflects the unique character of the land where the vine is grown.

The Aguilares farmhouse in the Serranía de Ronda, located at an altitude of over 900 meters, stands out as one of the southernmost wine regions in Europe. Its proximity to both the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, together with the generous winter rainfall and the marked temperature variations between day and night, are the primary factors that distinguish its terroir in a unique way.
