Prado Lobo, the deepest wine from Pagos de Anguix. With 20 months of aging only in French oak, it combines the freshness of the vineyard at altitude and in a borderline cultivation area with the depth of a fine red in its sweet moment. All of this makes up a complex red wine for aging, with many aromas of black fruits (blackberries, plums) and spicy touches that come from long aging. Pagos de Anguix is the project in Ribera del Duero of Juve & Camps, the great reference house within the cava appeal. Synonymous with tradition and quality. Its Family Reserve continues year after year to lead the most commercial quality market. Its DNA is the ecological reconversion of its vineyards and low-yield viticultural practices. 45 hectares of completely organic vineyard located between Anguix and Olmedillo de Roa, north of the Ribera del Duero in Burgos. The climate is temperate and the nights are very cold, creating an environment conducive to quality viticulture that is friendly to the environment. The soils are shallow, sandy, with high limestone and iron content. José Manuel Perez Ovéjas (Calogy Domain) is the one who has the oenological responsibility.
