Nativas Tinto is a red wine made by Nuno Ramilo in the Lisbon region, Portugal. It is produced organically, using the native Castelao variety, from organically cultivated vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand in the cool mornings and crushed in the stone winepresses so traditional in Portugal, for a week. Fermentation occurs without adding native yeasts. The wine is then refined for 15 months in stainless steel tanks.
It is a fantastic red, made with this variety with thin skin and little color that is Castelao. It is fine, delicate, very balanced in fruit, acidity and delicious salinity.
Perfect to accompany all types of pasta dishes, white meats or we would even dare to enjoy it with a plate of tuna with tomato, or a grilled ventrisca.
