Made with 100% Tempranillo of old vines (between 30 and 100 years) located in La Aguilera, Moradillo and Baños, municipal terms with sandy, calcareous and clay soils.
The García are faithful to their style, with yields of between 3000 and 4000 kilos per hectare (say that is the performance of the Grand Cru of Burgundy), vinified with native yeasts at high temperature. The aging is 16 months in French barrels.
