Antídoto 2023 Magnum

Antidote is the wine that Bertrand Sourdais makes in the Ribera del Duero Soriana. His previous responsibilities in some of the most interesting projects we have seen in Ribera, such as Dominio de Atauta, have borne fruit in Bodegas Antídoto, whose wines have been in our store since their first vintage, back in 2009. Bertrand is an excellent connoisseur of vineyards in altitude and a strong sandy component, and has a philosophy of respectful cultivation with the environment despite not being certified organic or organic (perhaps in the future...). These are very old Tinto Fino vines, many of them pre-phylloxera since the sandy soils do not allow the phylloxera to progress so easily. The wines from this area are of great finesse due to the sandy nature of the soils and the continental climate, to which is added the great work done in the winery, where wood is never the protagonist and is only used to sustain the wine. .
