Costalara is a Tempranillo from a stony terrain with a clay-calcareous bottom and has a balanced and fruity profile. Red and balsamic fruits. Very intense. Pagos de Anguix is the project in Ribera del Duero by Juve & Camps, the great reference house within the cava appeal. Synonymous with tradition and quality. Its Family Reserve continues year after year to lead the most commercial quality market. Its DNA is the ecological reconversion of its vineyards and low-yield viticultural practices. 45 hectares of completely organic vineyard located between Anguix and Olmedillo de Roa, north of the Ribera del Duero in Burgos. The climate is temperate and the nights are very cold, creating an environment conducive to quality viticulture that is friendly to the environment. The soils are shallow, sandy, with high limestone and iron content. José Manuel Perez Ovéjas (Calogy Domain) is the one who has the oenological responsibility.
