His wines lack the traditional oxidation of the Jura and he prefers the Burgundian style of lightness and elegance. His wines are out of this world. Ganevat Les Chonchons Pinot Noir 2022 This Cuvee comes from a vineyard planted on a terroir of marl and lees. The wine is kept in wooden foudres for a year without any intervention.
