A Rioja Alavesa of Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha bush vines, planted in flat on sandstones from the continental Miocene. Shallow soils, stony, limestone soils with a silty texture. Low fertility, little water retention capacity. The plots form twelve hectares of own vineyards worked in biodynamics in the Demeter certification process and in no-tillage. It is harvested manually and selected in the field. It ferments in cement and the aging takes place in 1500-liter casks and 225-liter barrels for 14 months.
