The Las Guillermas estate, located in Viñaspre (Rioja Alavesa), was planted more than 65 years ago with Tempranillo and Viura. The estate has deep soils of almost one and a half meters, with a slight slope and specific gravel areas, with areniscca mother rock and superficial loams. Minimal intervention viticulture work, manual harvesting and spontaneous fermentation in open tubs, with short aging of about nine months in second-year barrels. Just 2000 bottles a year. Tentenublo is the winery of Roberto Oliván, who works his farms in the Rioja Alavesa, located about 600 meters above sea level, on ferruginous sandstone soils (red lands). Vinification in cement, aging in barrels and barrels of different sizes (1000, 500, 250 liters). A wine to discover.
