Aftorizo ??is the single vineyard wine of Thymiopoulos. Planted ungrafted on a farm in the mountains of Fytia, in the southern part of Naoussa. Slate and granite floor that give backbone to the wine. Partial whole bunch, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, fermentation in large 500-liter barrels. You will discover the high quality tannins, an unmistakable sign of Apostolos Thymiopoulos.
