It is the first wine from the cellar from a single vineyard "Finca Valdesardon", the westernmost of the Ribera del Duero and one of the first ecological agriculture of the denomination. Following the parameters of excellence of the winery, in this wine it has been wanted to reflect the change towards a more modern, fruity and fine concept, without skimping on the enormous personality of the terroir, respecting it to the maximum in the case of an organic wine. Production limited to 12,100 bottles Aged for 12 months in French oak.
