Description
Xavier Ausás worked for 25 years in one of the best wineries in Ribera del Duero, and is a great connoisseur of vineyards, terroirs and the elaboration of the great Riberas. Now he begins his most personal project, seeking quality from the beginning with the winegrower-terroir binomial. The plots will not determine the style, but will be complementary to make an interpretation through light soils that give floral wines, the fruits of clayey soils, the freshness of vineyards in height and the power of calcareous soils. But, always, always, looking for the aromatic purity, freshness and elegance of tannins.

100% Tinto Fino from parcel microvinifications, aged for 15 months in 225 and 500 liter barrels, less than half of which are new.
