A wine from the Sierra de Málaga that excites us because of how well made it is, because it is fresh thanks to the height of the vineyard, and fruity because of the good work done in the vineyard and cellar. A wine that must be tried to eliminate prejudices about Andalusian reds. It is the most personal wine from Cortijo de los Aguilares, made with Petit Verdot, Tempranillo and Merlot that ferment with indigenous yeasts and mature for 15 months in oak barrels (only 20% new).
