Comarca wine divided into 35 different plots of 9 towns in El Bierzo. Mencía, Garnacha tintorera and 8% of other white varieties predominate, from vineyards of about 100 years old on slate, sand and limestone soils, between 460 and 700 meters high. Each plot vinified separately for a better expression of the character of each one of them. As with all its wines, fermentation is spontaneous in barrels and containers of different sizes, with 50% whole stem, and aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. A game of "variety of varieties" that results in a very fruity, fun and fresh wine.
