Emilio Moro is one of the great names of the Ribera del Duero, as well as a wine that is produced in sufficient quantity to become one of the references of the D.O. Monovarietal of Tempranillo from different types of soil (limestone, clayey, stony), fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, followed by a 12-month aging in French and American oak barrels. High robe, serious, concentrated, with very good fruit and a touch of aging. In the mouth it has body but is balanced and, in the past, it has shown that it can improve in the bottle.
