The vineyard of Saint-Joseph Le Passage is located in Malleval. It is an ideal granitic soil for the Syrah that, here, was planted more than 30 years ago with a high density (10,000 feet / ha). Yields of Grand Cru Burgundy, fruit selection, de-stemming and cold maceration to retain the fruit. Fermentation with indigenous yeast and 18 months of mainly used barrel. A Saint-Joseph who shows us the Syrah on granite and the savoir-faire of Stéphane Ogier.
