Gran Enemigo Single Vineyard El Cepillo is a blend of the best Cabernet Franc with Malbec from the Mendocino vineyard. To make Gran Enemigo Single Vineyard El Cepillo is harvested by hand and carefully, in 5 different times, with a month and a half between the first and the last. During its passage through the winery, a cold maceration is carried out and then it goes on to fermentation in barrels. Once the fermentation is finished, it is macerated again. All these processes are carried out in second and third use French oak barrels. Finally, it is aged, where it is left in the foudre, for a period of 15 months. This vintage is considered the Mendoza year. Just like the 2017 vintage was the Bordeaux year or the 2016 vintage was the bourgignon year. The reason was a dry, very cold and sunny year.
