Empiezan a dar que hablar los tintos gallegos, porque estamos volviendo como consumidores a apreciar la frescura y la acidez. Los vinos atlánticos están de moda y Galicia tiene variedades autóctonas como la Loureiro Tinto, variedad de maduración tardía que, sin embargo, puede transmitir fielmente los suelos graníticos de la D.O. Rías Baixas. No son vinos para los amantes de vinos potentes y golosos, pero son auténticos vinos de terruño que, además, son cada vez mejores. Muy limitado (apenas 600 botellas al año).
