Cims de Porrera Vi de Vila Tinto is a wine made with the classic Priorat varieties, from old vines: Cariñena and Garnacha. Adrià and Marc, the cousins ??known for their magnificent Les Cousins ??L'Inconscient, are today responsible for the Cims de Porrera winery and for the entire production process. They work the varieties separately with destemmed bunches, fermentation with skins and aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is rounded in the bottle for 3 or 4 years to fully enjoy it, and often enjoy! a lot of fruit, volume and a strength typical of this area of ??our country.
