Fitapreta Palpite Tinto 2021

Fitapreta

The Alentejo gives us more positive surprises every day. This is the case of Palpite Tinto, a Reserva red made with Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Trincadeira that are grown on either schist or granitic soils. It is harvested by hand, it is worked by gravity in the winery and it is vinified in stainless steel and then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. This is a powerful and concentrated red that, however, is fine and elegant. Red fruit, menthol, ripe fruit and round tannins. Try it with tasty meats, from red meat to game.
