In 1997, Florentino Arzuaga landed in Toledo, attracted by the world of oil, in particular by the Cornicabra olive variety, which in the Montes de Toledo area reaches its maximum expression. After the acquisition of 150 hectares of olive trees of this variety, the production of oil began. Looking for new land to give greater character and personality to the oil, he arrived where he found suitable land for planting not olive trees but vineyards.
