Description

Pingus, Pingus Flower, Pingus PSI. In 2007, Peter Sisseck's vineyards were affected by hail and he need grapes to make Flor de Pingus. He realized that there were large vineyards in Ribera del Duero that went unnoticed, despite being old and producing high quality grapes. He signed agreements with its owners, promised to pay them well for the grapes in exchange for not abandoning the vineyard or planting a young vineyard, and PSI has been produced with them ever since.
