Pie Franco is the Ponce wine that makes us fall in love. It comes from three farms in La Manchuela called Lincha, Gallo and Olivares, with very deep sandy soils, which were planted with Bobal standing straight more than 80 years ago. It is these sandy soils that hinder the spread of phylloxera and facilitate the survival of plants and, therefore, of the wine. Vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged for 11 months in 600-liter French oak barrels, it is a wine of limited production, just 1800 bottles, very fruity and with the sapidity, minerality and salinity expected from standing vineyards. loam of sandy soils.
