Gran Enemigo Gualtallary is a blend rated with 100 points by Robert Parker as one of the best Cabernet Francs. For the elaboration of the Gran Enemigo Single Vineyard Gualtallary is harvested by hand and carefully, in 5 different times, with a month and a half between the first and the last. During its passage through the winery, a cold maceration is carried out and then it goes on to barrel fermentation. Once the fermentation is finished, it is macerated again, all these processes are carried out in second and third use French oak barrels. Finally, it is aged, where it is left in a foudre, for a period of 16 months.
