Vantorosso Valpolicella Classico 2020 is a red wine from the Italian Veneto. It is made from grapes planted in the DOC Valpolicella Classico, in Fumane, near Verona. They are vines planted at about 400 meters of altitude with a southeast exposure, on very mixed soils in those that predominate the clay but with limestone component and of pebbles also.
It is harvested by hand at the end of September and made in stainless steel, where the aging continues for another three months until bottling.
Bright red in color, with many cherries in the aromatic profile, and some roses as well. In the mouth it is tasty, rich but at the same time fresh and with crisp tannins that give a great combination with a well integrated alcohol.
It goes great with almost everything for its freshness, but we encourage you to try it with pasta with meat ragout or refresh it a bit to accompany a tuna with tomato.
