El vino es un paso adelante en concentración respecto al vino básico de la bodega, 7 Fuentes, aunque mantiene un estilo similar.

El Lance se elabora con variedades autóctonas situadas en parcelas en distintas ubicaciones del Pueblo de La Orotava, como la Vijariego, la Tintilla, la Listán, Baboso y Malvasia Rosada, si bien es la Listán Negro la que domina el coupage. El vino fermenta en depósito de hormigon con levadura autóctona y la maloláctica se terminan en fudre de roble francés de 500 litros, donde se afina durante aproximadamente un año más. Se embotella sin filtrar. El vino es un paso adelante en concentración respecto al vino básico de la bodega, 7 Fuentes, aunque mantiene un estilo similar.
