Altas Parcelas is a red wine made from the Garnacha grape by the Cuevas de Arom winery collected in Calatayud. Vineyards planted in goblets between 1932 and 1983 at an altitude of 800 meters. Manual harvest. Precambrian soils, quartzites and slates. Fermented in open cement tanks with 30% scrap. Raised in cement eggs for 10 months. Light with a mineral background and medium complexity. Refreshing and intense.
