A Fuego are rice dishes designed by chef Quique Dacosta to be prepared from the comfort of your home in just a few minutes. Prepared black rice with ribs, mushrooms and vegetables for 4 people with wood-smoked Valencian albufera rice.

The pack includes a bag of wood-smoked Valencian Albufera rice, a jar with slowly cooked broth and a second jar with the necessary ingredients to cook rice with ribs, mushrooms and vegetables at home.
Preparation mode
Before you get on the stove, keep in mind that this rice can be made in any kitchen. If you are going to use induction hobs, you must use a suitable container with a diffuser bottom so that the heat is distributed evenly. We recommend using a paella pan with a diameter of 38-42 cm.
1. Shake both cans gently.
2. Pour the contents of the 2 cans into a 38-42cm paella pan.
3.Heat on the stove/induction/vitro, stirring gently until it starts to boil.
4.Add the contents of the bag of smoked rice to the wood (400g), shake to homogenize and cook over high heat for 3 min.
5.Cook over low heat and at a minimum boil for approximately 14 min.
6.Raise the heat for the last 2 minutes to achieve socarrat.
7.Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
If you prefer, you can also prepare it in the oven:
1.Shake both cans gently.
2.Pour the contents of the 2 cans into a saucepan.
3.Heat in induction/vitro, stirring gently until it starts to boil.
4.Add the contents of the bag of smoked rice to the wood (400g), shake to homogenize and when it starts to boil, keep it for 5 minutes at maximum power.
5. Transfer the contents of the casserole to the oven tray, previously preheated to 230 degrees, distributing all the ingredients well.
6.Keep in the oven for 16 minutes.
7.Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
