It includes a pack of wood-smoked Valencian Albufera rice, a jar with slowly cooked homemade broth and a second jar with the necessary ingredients to cook black rice with cuttlefish, baby garlic and baby octopus at home.
Preparation mode
Before you get on the stove, keep in mind that this rice can be made in any kitchen. If you are going to use induction hobs, you must use a suitable container with a diffuser bottom so that the heat is distributed evenly. We recommend using a paella pan with a diameter of 38-42 cm.
1.Shake both cans gently.
2.Pour the contents of the 2 cans into a 38-42cm paella pan.
3.Heat on the stove/induction/vitro, stirring gently until it starts to boil.
4.Add the contents of the bag of smoked rice to the wood (400g), shake to homogenize and cook over high heat for 3 min.
5.Cook over low heat and at a minimum boil for approximately 14 min.
6.Raise the heat for the last 2 minutes to achieve socarrat.
7.Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
