Croquettes: 16 ham croquettes, the classic from Casa Marcial ready to fry. Music to our ears.
Fabada y su compango: Fabada vacuum packed, to heat without removing from the bag in boiling water for 20 minutes. In addition, it comes with another bag of compango (chorizo, blood sausage, bacon / ham) to also heat in its bag and eat mixed with the fabas or separately, according to taste.
Rice pudding: The finishing touch in an Asturian meal. The point "+ astur": serve in a bowl, sprinkle sugar on top and give it a touch of a blowtorch to burn it. Sublime.
Esther and Nacho Manzano started with Casa Marcial in 1993, combining their knowledge and passion to build the restaurant that they had dreamed of since they were children. They grew up between stoves in the family food house, with the responsibility of an impeccable treatment of their customers and a cuisine of legacy and tradition that, years later and with several well-established restaurants (Casa Marcial ** and La Salgar *, as well as their Gloria Food Houses), continue to work with the same daily demands.
Nacho and Esther add countless hours of ingenuity and cooking behind their backs to create menus combining sobriety and trend. Fortunately for us, they have come to the conclusion of generosity, and now share their recipes so that, with a few simple instructions, we can reproduce their most emblematic traditional dishes on our tables.
