Description
It all begins with the infusion of teas and herbs that, in contact with the mixture of bacteria and yeasts (SCOBY), begin to ferment and thus, at AMA Brewery, they get their Kombucha base. After 6 months of aging in the bottle, they obtain a sparkling wine with fine bubbles, low in alcohol (only 1.5 degrees), pleasant, citric and refreshing, which they call Pét-Nat Tea.
