Espinaler Navaja al Natural 125grs

Espinaler razors are fleshy and intense. To preserve all their properties, they are shellfish at their optimum moment, in the pure waters of the Rías Galegas, on the Island of Sálvora. In each can they come between 5 and 7 pieces, and they are a delicacy, for texture, flavor and presentation.

What began as a tavern in Barcelona in 1896, where wine and vermouth were served, ended up including Galician preserves as an aperitif, to end up making their own in the 70s. Vermouths, sauces and preserves, three infallible components for tavern success.
