Periwinkles are a classic of the summer North. In Gijón we sit on a terrace, we ask for a bottle of cider and some periwinkles and they bring us a cork with some pins, with which we are eating these sea snails that we like so much. They are like pipes but all good protein. Costera presents them to us in a natural preserve so that we can enjoy them anytime, anywhere: canned summer.
