Description
Organic extra virgin olive oil tribute to the Fifth Generation. Made with homegrown Lecciana variety olives from their farms in Lleida. A very herbaceous oil, with clear hints of spice and a unique almond sweetness. It is an oil with great personality, low acidity and excellent organoleptic stability.

High content of Polyphenols: >450 MG/KG. Early harvest PONS virgin olive oils from the JANIROC family have a high polyphenol content. These compounds are what give the oil its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Currently, research is being carried out on its possible anti-cancer effect. The polyphenols in olive oil contribute to the protection of blood lipids against oxidative damage.
