Description
Extra virgin olive oil in tribute to the Fifth Generation of the Pons Family. This oil is produced between September and October, using exclusively early harvest Arbequina olives from his farm in L'Albagés, located 500 meters above sea level. Made with green olives, it is distinguished by its fruity flavor and liveliness. This extra virgin, with a spicy final touch, is cold ground in the family mill, located on the farm itself. Its intensity makes it perfect to enjoy raw, on toast and bread with tomato.


High content of Polyphenols: >325MG/KG. Early harvest PONS virgin olive oils from the JANIROC family have a high polyphenol content. These compounds are what give the oil its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Currently, research is being carried out on its possible anti-cancer effect. The polyphenols in olive oil contribute to the protection of blood lipids against oxidative damage.
