It is a white wine made with Marmajuelo, Forastera Gomera, Listán Blanco, Gual, Vijariego Blanco y Malvasía. The grapes come mainly from the plots of Amogoje (Monopole), Margalagua and Las Fajanetas. Fermentation in used 500 liter barrels. Aging on lees for 11 months. 25% of the wine macerated with skins for 8 days.
