Asturian bean is one of the most widely used and appreciated varieties of white bean throughout the world, also known as “Asturian Farm”. Once cooked it perfectly retains its shape, which grows considerably, leaving its skin almost imperceptible. It takes a long time to cook, always depending on the casserole used, in a quick pot about 45 minutes and in a casserole it can take between 4 and 5 hours to have the ideal texture point.
