This Pedro Ximénez Cream completes the Marqués de Poley range, from the classic Toro Albalá Winery. It is made in Montilla Moriles and is the result of the blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines, aged for 10 years in American oak casks. Notes of caramel, toffee, coffees and candied citrus predominate. We can think of few more pleasant mixes: a glass of this Cream to accompany duck and foie patés.
