Pastora is a manzanilla of long biological aging. It sinks its roots in the soleras of Solear, from where it comes to occupy a very specific space in the Las Pastoras winery, with a clear orientation to the river, just on the embankment that divides the upper and lower neighborhoods of Sanlúcar. It is a winery absolutely conducive to aging, with a predominance of fruity notes. The palate is pleasant, subtly tannic and fresh. Unfiltered bottled.
