Manzanilla Arboledilla Poniente is a fortified wine made with the Palomino Fino grape in Sanlúcar de Barrameda by the Barbadillo winery.
In Levante vs. Poniente de Arboledilla, Manzanilla boots are selected, with an equal age, but with opposite situations in the cellar, sufficient distance for the wines to evolve very differently, that is, the same wines, aged in different parts of the cellar , they are not the same.
The reason: some boots are in the cellar in Poniente and the others are in Levante.
