The Amontillado La Inglesa is a fortified wine made by the La Inglesa winery, with Pedro Ximénez grapes from the Moriles Alto payments, in Córdoba. It combines the best of biological aging and oxidative aging. It is a complex, singular and unique wine in the world. Naturally, the aged finos finish their biological aging and begin oxidative aging, for the necessary years, to achieve the quality and roundness that mark the amontillados. Aging between 20-25 years.

All the wines are made from free-run must, of the highest quality, from vineyards located in Moriles Alto. Quality zone, where the best albarizas of the framework are found.
