Manzanilla Pasada with an approximate average age of thirteen years, from two casks located in Sala de Banderas Room of the old building of La Guita on Misericordia street, refreshed with Solera 1/41 that ages in the same winery. There is no more duende in all of Sanlucar. Some of us had an epiphany tasting that solera and we think that the peak of the Manzanilla is what lies there. Here you have it, in magnum no less, as was the case with Bota 70. You need the courage to put the best Manzanilla on the market and instead of bottling it small, do it big. That's Equipo Navazos.
